How quickly do you ship orders?
Our average dispatch time is within 5-7 working days of making your order. We support innovative designers through limited-run campaigns. Each item is made to order to reduce waste, it will take us to make the produck about 2 or 3 days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
So sorry, now we are shipping only in the UK, but we have a plan for the future

We use eco friendly packaging and many organic / recycled fabrics, more information can be found here.
What’s Your Return Policy?
The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item / provide store credit within 28 days or refund within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the order is sent back in the condition it was received with the original receipt and a note on.
For exchanges we will cover the shipping back out to the customer after exchanged as goodwill to help accommodate the change.
Any discount codes or free shipping deductions that are used and become invalid will be automatically deducted from the refund value. We are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid or incurred on an order.
We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable.

Can My Order Be Changed Or Cancelled?
An order can be changed or cancelled prior to shipping, but cannot be amended after it has been shipped, please ensure you email quickly. We cannot always guarantee we can cancel an order before shipping as we process orders very quickly. We can also exchange items after received under the policy but do not offer free return postage unfortunately.
Please allow for courier delays under certain circumstances and scenarios.
Are The Items Unisex? How Do Products Fit?
Yes, all our items are unisex. The style of fit for each item will always be described on the product page itself, including model height, build and what size their wearing for guidance.
